🙌 Resources for Attendees
Welcome to the 2025 DLF Forum! This guide includes essential resources and expectations to help you prepare for a safe, inclusive, and engaging experience.
📜 Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to adhere to the DLF Code of Conduct, which outlines our commitment to providing a welcoming and harassment-free environment for everyone.
DLF staff will be identifiable by their name badges and white lanyards. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need support or witness behavior that violates the Code.
🧍‍♀️ Active Bystander Training
We encourage all participants to watch our Active Bystander Training session. It provides tools for safely intervening in situations of harassment or bias, aligning with our values of community care and mutual respect.
The training was created by DLF’s Committee for Equity and Inclusion. All attendees are strongly encouraged to review it before the event.
🩺 Health Protocols
We are committed to providing a safe environment for all participants. Our health practices include:
- Masks are welcome and encouraged based on personal comfort.
- Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at the registration desk.
- A designated quiet space will be available for rest and breaks.
If you have any health-related concerns or accessibility needs, please contact us at forum@diglib.org.
đź“· Photography Guidelines
We respect attendees’ preferences when it comes to being photographed or recorded. When registering, attendees can indicate their preferences, which are visible via lanyard color:
- Black lanyards: Okay to photograph
- Yellow lanyards: Do not photograph
Please always ask for consent before taking photos, videos, or recordings of others. Respect and care are foundational to our community.
